1. Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Create A New Student Application 

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

A non-refundable fee of $25 must be submitted with each application.

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee of $25.

4. Request/Submit Required Documents

To complete the application process, you will be asked to provide the following documents:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (Catholic families only)

Incoming 1st-6th grade students must also provide:

• Most recent report card (Grades 1-6)
• Attendance and discipline records from previous school
• STAR Reading and Math assessment - school will contact to schedule after receipt of application

ALL PRESCHOOL STUDENTS MUST BE FULLY POTTY TRAINED.

• Three-Year-Old Pre-School (PK-3): Must be (3) years old on or before September 1st.
• Four-Year-Old Pre-School (PK-4): Must be (4) years old on or before September 1st.
• Kindergarten: Must be (5) five years old on or before September 1st.
• First Grade: Must be (6) six years old on or before September 1st.

After you have completed the application requirements, a Submit Application and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application along with the non-refundable application fee of $25.
